I've played Super Mario Bros. at least three million times, but this is the first time I've seen this happen. This, for those less familiar, is the end of the water section of world 2-2. I was swimming up to the pipe to exit, aimed a little high and started walking through the wall, much like the Minus World glitch. Only, I didn't end anywhere cool, just stuck at the far right of the screen. Not an incredibly amazing trick, but I didn't find anything about it online so I thought I'd put it up here. As you can see from the vid, this is on original hardware. Sorry for the lack of sound! I just grabbed my camera real quick. I should have turned the TV volume up so you could enjoy a nice NES waltz :)
